"all in" imperial ddh raspberry dubbel, 8% - something like that can only come from "orca brau" & "heidenpeters". thought up and brewed together for you with lots of love. belgian dubbel fermented with an "abbey yeast", double hopped in the tank with simcoe, amarillo and columbus and post-fermented and stored on a good portion of "raspberries". why? why not! creamy, soft, full-bodied, delicately malty, slightly sweet, some roasted malt, some caramel, fruity notes from the yeast, hoppy, resinous-fruity finish, fresh, sweetish, fruity raspberries. wacky and exciting. complex and layered, intense and elegant, pounding and soothing, just a little bit of everything! “all in” – like heidenpeters & orca, johannes & felix.
