Beer description
The "Bio Bock" is a classic and 100% Franconian bock, brewed with organic ingredients from the region. The beer has a beautifully intense malt note and a strong taste, accompanied by a slight sweet note. Cookie, caramel, some dried fruit and finely balanced with a good portion of hops. All in all, very drinkable, straightforward and extremely tasty. Long storage time in the tank, bottom-fermented, cold matured with 7 turns.
Brewed once a year. From now on (03/2024) always in mid-March.
