Beer description
Creamy smooth, slightly spicy wheat doppelbock. Fermented with fresh Schneider Weisse yeast directly from the brewery. Hopped with dried and frozen "Saphir Doldenhopfen" from the parental garden of our good friend of the brewery Dr. Johannes Sauer aka "The Beer Doctor".
Smooth mellow attack, full bodied, creamy, spicy and light citrus notes from the hops. The Schneider Weisse yeast gives the typical aromas of clove and banana. Everything in balance and harmony. A drinkable fresh drink that invites you to more.
