Ørbæk Bryggeri (Orbaek) - Fynsk Jul

Fynsk Jul is a fresh, Belgian-inspired Christmas beer with wheat and elderflower, rounded off with plum puree. It has a nice deep amber color with a slight cloudiness and a nice head that clearly shows the large amount of wheat we used for this beer. Fynsk Jul has a wonderful aroma of elderflower and sweetness from the malt and Swedish puree used. You will also be able to taste nice citrus notes from the cascade hops. Accompanying dishes: Fynsk Jul goes well with a wide variety of dishes, such as salads, fish and seafood. It also goes well with heartier dishes like pasta and fried chicken.
