Providence is a rich and silky Imperial Stout brewed in collaboration with Senzu Coffee Roasters. After 16 months of deep rest in Wild Turkey bourbon barrels, it was conditioned in absurd amounts of Peruvian coffee and vanilla beans from Madagascar. In partnership with Senzu, we selected a coffee blend of Catuaí and Bourbon varieties produced by Olivera Diaz with notes of raspberry, pink grapefruit, almond and dark chocolate!
