Beer description
This was our hundredth brew! After 34 months and 70,000 L we wanted to do something special. We asked our friends and partners at Vilhoa to celebrate with us and we sought inspiration from their homeland, Madeira Island, in particular from a traditional drink they make there, Nikita! Beer, pineapple juice and vanilla ice cream all mixed together until it reaches a creamy consistency? We could already see where this was going... pineapple and vanilla Smoothie Sour of course!
