Ophiussa - Nikita

This was the hundredth batch! After 34 months and 70,000 liters, the brewery wanted to do something special. They asked our friends and partners from Vilhoa to celebrate with them, and they took inspiration from their homeland, the island of Madeira, specifically from a traditional drink they make there: Nikita! Beer, pineapple juice, and vanilla ice cream, all mixed together until it reaches a creamy consistency.
