Almost two years ago, at a TTO at the fantastic Wild Lab in Liège, one of the people who came to meet us was Julien from Norm. Humble and passionate about the art of brewing, the chemistry was instantaneous and we knew from the start that one day we had to work together. Over the past two years we have shared knowledge and beers until today finally arrived. We decided to share with you our passion for super saturated and full-bodied Dipas and for this one in particular we have selected the two hops from New Zealand Hops that have given us the most pleasure to work with, Superdelic and Nectaron!
