Beer description
Some like it hot. Others (very) warm. We like our Cold IPA cold. A cold India Pale Ale, but with Lager yeast. A low fermentation, but at a high temperature. Well, not too high either. All in all, a hot and cold beer served under a fruity Strata sauce!
