Part of our Staff Brew Series, this Imperial Stout was brewed with Brady (Madison taproom manager) and Elizabeth (Madison bartender). They wanted to create a Horchata inspired stout that was nice and strong for the Wisconsin winter. Brewed with chocolate malts, oats, cinnamon, honey, vanilla and lactose.
