Orca - Once Upon A Time At The West Coast

From the "West Coast IPA" series by "Orca" (Nuremberg) and "Craft Beer Corner" (Cologne). This delicately malty IPA brewed only with barley malt was cold-hopped with the hop varieties "Columbus, Chinook and Citra". The hop varieties give a flavor spectrum of orange, grapefruit as well as some resinousness, herbs and pine. All in all, nicely balanced, rather dry fermented, light malt body and a nice hop bed, which brings a crisp, spicy, fruity and pleasant hop bitterness.
