Omnipollo celebrates its 10th anniversary by releasing a series of four beers that stand the test of time. Brewing India Pale Ale is in part an attempt to perfect the balance of malt and let the hops dictate the aroma and flavor profile. It sits somewhere between an East and West Coast IPA with an inviting bitterness and smooth mouthfeel.
