Omnipollo - Blacker Chocolate Stout

Growing up as a baby beer geek I spent all my money buying vintages of the iconic Brooklyn Black Chocolate Stout. To collaborate on a version of this beer with Garrett in our brewery has been absolutely surreal. For this ”blacker” version we were excited to use the African grain fonio, supporting smallholder farmers and climate-resilient farming.
