Beer description
The first sign of Spring - cherry blossoms on the tree and Sour Cherry Blossom Ale in the can. This wheat ale is fermented with 50 gallons of pure dark cherry juice per 20bbl batch. Then it's kettle soured to create the perfect balance between sweet and sour.
