Brown beer, without foam. The aroma smells of caramel, toffee, a lot of dark bread, light smoked meats, cereals, figs. The taste is not as sweet as you would expect, at the beginning the taste is associated with smoked kvass, you can feel dark fruit, at the finish a slight bitterness and cereal coffee. Very thick beer, liqueur. Very interesting.
