Oedipus Brewing - Oedipus Pilsner

After three years of research and experimentation (the camp bearing stock series) we found our favorite storage recipe. This German-style pilsner is brewed with traditional German, Czech hop varieties and 100% Pilsener malt for a pleasant body. It's a bottom-fermented beer that makes the beer clean and crunchy and is lightly hop-hopped to give it subtle aromas of grass and citrus.
