Beer description
Seasoned with Brettanomyces, lemongrass and Szechuan pepper. Cloudy, yellow-orange beer with a medium-sized white head. Tropical fruit aromas of pineapple and passion fruit dominate the smell; slightly sour and a little pepper. In the taste there are pepper aromas, some bitterness and sweetness, a light yeasty fruitiness and some pineapple and passion fruit. Long-lasting, quite dry finish.
