Beer description
This is our 155h studio experiment: a rebellious collaboration with our wonderful friends from Laugar. Surprise Surprise: We have created a traditional bottom-hungry goat. With a double porridge we built the base for a strong beer with rich roasted, nut and chocolate flavor and added candy for the syrupy sweetness. The brew fermented slowly at cold temperature to obtain a clean fermentation profile; a touch of aroma hops adds a little brightness to this warming 10% ABV beer.
