Octopus Dark Was the Night

Imperial Stout with a full-bodied base, in the style we like the most of “straight RIS”, but with massive additions of burnt coconut, cocoa nibs, and tonka bean. Intense result with coconut exploding in the foreground, cocoa and cumaru appearing next in the aroma and palate.
