Beer description
An Imperial Stout base with an absurdly liqueur body, with sweetness controlled by a very present roast, bringing back the character of the old “Straigh RIS” that brewery loves so much, but with the body and mouthfeel of the new Pastries Stouts. Brewery added a lot of maple syrup, and a lot of bourbon barrel-aged coffee. The result is a freshly roasted coffee punch, which is followed by notes of wood and maple, and bourbon in the background.
