Beer description
This NW style NON-SOURED blond coffee stout is a one-off straight from the brewery. Featuring 1-1/4 pounds per barrel of Ethiopian Yirgacheffe (ur-ga-chef) single origin coffee beans, roasted locally by Oblique Coffee Roasters, it was aged 85 days in Jim Beam barrels. Aromas of rich chocolate, earth and coffee percolate from the glass, with hints of soft Bourbon and oak. Bright coffee, dark roast, chocolate and Bourbon notes dance on the palate and lead to a soft, creamy coffee and cream finish with just a slight warming at the end
