Postřižinský lager from fresh hops is made from Žatec semi-early red. In this case, the fresh hops come from own sample hop garden of the Postřižinský brewery in Nymburk. Green hops are added to the very end during the cooking process, creating a unique batch of, in this case, 12-degree light lager.
