Beer description
This single hop IPA shows the complex nature of one of our favorite American hops, Simcoe. A soft and rounded malt profile highlights the complexity of this new season's hops and expresses strong aromas of passion fruit and juicy orange alongside a pine-like and dry finish. Our in-house ale yeast develops a soft and cloudy profile, while oats provide body and balance.
