Beer description

Fresh, tart IPA, hopped with the "Pink Boots Blend" and then re-fermented and matured on raspberries. Elegant hop flavour, fine acidity, light raspberry notes. Balanced and full-bodied. Refreshingly fruity and simply delicious. The "Pink Boots Blend" is an annual hop blend from "Yakima Chief" in the USA. The base is a sour beer. Raspberries have also been added. The hop blend was released in early 2022 and consists of the hop varieties HBC 630, Idaho Gem®, Loral®, Talus® and Triumph, which were added to the beer in the lager tank to create a fresh tropical flavour.

Mein lieber Scholli; mächtig sauer, vollmundig, leicht bitter. Die 6,8% Alk. sind sehr gut eingebunden, allerdings insgesamt etwas langweilig.
