Beer description
The base is a classic NE IPA grist, with a large percentage of malted and flaked oats. We went big on an 80c whirlpool with a combination of Citra Incognito, Citra Cryo pellets and Idaho 7 T90 pellets to maximise the amount of tropical fruit flavours, a hop bill designed to survive the vigour of a 38c fermentation with the Norwegian Voss
Kveik yeast strain.
