Sandy's North Sea Sessions Patrons Project is all about creating full-bodied beers with an ABV that doesn't result in a total wipeout. This time we've teamed up with Chain House Brewing, based just off the Lancashire coast. Each of us has selected some of our favorite US strains: Idaho 7 and Citra for sweet tropical and citrus flavors, while New Zealand hops Rakau, Riwaka and Motueka add peach, passion fruit, grapefruit and lime to the silky-smooth, hazy pale ale flavor.
