We've combined everything we've learned along the way with some new toys in the brewhouse. We started with a base of Super Pale malt, wheat, and jumbo oats for a full-bodied smoothie appearance and mouthfeel that's gently hopped with Mosaic for subtle sweet blueberries. And then the real fun begins! To ensure maximum fresh, juicy flavor and vibrancy, we added 250g/l of raspberries and blackberries to the IPA, along with some sweet cherries to round out the sweetness and depth. The result is a tart, fresh fruit smoothie to start with, which rounds out into a sour bite on the lips and a sweet, sticky berry lip gloss.
