Patrons Projects 44 will collaborate with the best cocktail bars in the North. The first one to kick off the collaboration is Below Stairs in Leeds, one of the most prestigious bars in the UK. The Philadelphia Fish House IPA is a super drinkable, tasty beer, perfect for long summer evenings in the beer garden. The main ingredient of the cocktail, besides the rum, is peach. Other components of the cocktail include lemon peels added in the brewhouse to give the beer a certain sharpness, and tea, which adds a certain tannic dryness, for which we only use a touch of tannic hops from the dry hops. We have used peach puree, hops oils infused with peach oil, and our new favorite hop Luminosa to create a summery peach character.
