Northern Monk - Patrons Project 38.03 7 Deadly Sins X Adrian Baxter

Northern Monk Brew has once again committed a deadly sin with Adrian Baxter. Wrath conjures images of anger, hot-headedness, and fire, so it was pretty obvious that they had to give a stout some spice; and so a chili stout was the natural conclusion. Another pretty natural combination with chili is chocolate, so the brewery filled the beer with cocoa nibs before infusing it with a range of chilies, including chipotle and scotch bonnet, to get a range of spicy, fruity, and herbal characters and of course a balanced spicy tingle in the aftertaste. For Wrath, they teamed up with the Polish stout masters PINTA.
