Based on Lanre's tale of sipping cool, refreshing Palomas after a hot and dusty day of browsing Greenpoint's thrift stores for old vinyl records, we've recreated the cocktail in beer form, with the zesty notes of Talus, Moteuka and Ekuanot, along with pink grapefruit juice and a squeeze of lime.
