Northern Monk - Patrons Project 29.02

For the second installment in Rob C.'s fruity IPA series, we hired Polish funk renegades Funky Fluid, and after discussing our mutual favorite fruity IPAs, we've settled on another medley of tart berries and stonefruit . Starting with a single hop IPA base, with Mosaic in the whirlpool for its blueberry bubblegum flavors, we went for the fruit - over 200g per liter, packed with blackcurrant for a bold blackberry character, backed by tartness and tannic plum and finally a lingering bite of sour cherry on the finish - all added post-fermentation to keep the fruit tasting fresh and juicy.
