At Monk we've always been connected to the Leeds skate community - whether it's through working with Reece Leung and Vague Magazine, hosting skate video premieres in the Mensa, or having a large part of the community working at our camp . Long-awaited collaboration with Welcome, Leeds' premier skate shop and hub, for a beer: Brewed with El Dorado for the sweet tangerine flavor that interacts with the sticky Munich malt and the big, pithy citrus and moist herb flavor of Amarillo. Zappa rounds off the top notes with some fruit sorbet and a hint of mint basil. Brewed with Munich malt for a nice deep color and sticky sweetness, along with rye for some earthy spiciness. Wheat and oats in the base provide a cushiony mouthfeel.
