Canada's national bun dough; stretched wide and flat by hand like a beaver tail, baked until golden brown and dusted with cinnamon sugar. Topped instead of filled (brilliant, so you can fit more) with everything from fresh fruit to cheesecake spread and poutine. We've opted for a warm and cozy apple pie version, brewed with calypso hops, apple pie, cinnamon and a gentle drizzle of lemon oil.
