Beer description

A combination of inspiration from Norwegian pastries and an ode to the collecting culture and techniques of modern Norwegian breweries. Citra & Mosaic sour base, with cranberry & raspberry added at the end of fermentation to keep the fruit flavors in the foreground and fresh.
