Beer description
We started with a base of extra light barley malt, supplemented with large amounts of naked and oatmeal and a little maltodextrin to complete the body and create the desired silky mouthfeel. There's a small US contribution in the hot tub in the form of Citra Incognito paired with a large amount of Enigma T90, the wettest of the Australian varieties, but which also makes for some distinctive passion fruit notes. At the end of fermentation came 28 g / l dry hops, led by Galaxy and Vic Secret, which enhance the passion fruit aroma and bring juicy mandarins, lychee and ripe tropical fruits.
