Beer description

Our anniversary beer has now become a tradition to celebrate the Monk team, to reflect on the journey so far and to provide an annual snapshot of our brewery location. We're celebrating our 8th birthday with an 8% NE DIPA that contains all the trendy, juicy main characters of this time. Citra, Mosaic and Idaho 7 provide the overripe tropical fruitiness of a freshly punched juice carton, while Strata contributes the underlying moist aura.
