A collaboration with Carbon Brews who, like the Old Flax Store, are based in an old industrial area of the town they call home. We've re-brewed our ever-evolving rice beer, with its delicate flavor and smooth, light, mousse-like foam, and added Ceylon tea - one of Hong Kong's most popular foreign teas - for its crisp, fragrant citrus notes and some black tea tannins.
