A succulent and smooth full-bodied IPA. The addition of oats in the grist provides a pillowy base for the hops to really sing. Mosaic Cyro, Strata, Eclipse, and the experimental hop variety HBC586 command juicy, tropical flavours. A hint of sherbet fizz teases into thirst quenching pink grapefruit, zingy passion fruit, soft strawberry, nectarine and cantaloupe melon, with a gentle basil and herbaceous finish.
