DDH DIPA w/ El Dorado, Citra, Mosaic & Chinook The idea was to use polar hops and play with this. The sweetness is coming from El Dorado and Mosaic with tropical and fruity notes. On the other hand, citrus, pines and bitterness are coming from Citra & Chinook.
