Blend of Sour Gose, Blonde, Wheat and Quad Ales. Aged in Foudres, Wine and Bourbon Barrels. Refermented with Paw Paw. Infused with Citrus Peel (including Mandarin and Orange) and Coriander. Blended with Watermelons (unfermented).
