APANESE DON'T JUST DRINK SAKE
This time Hawi brings a light-coloured, bone-dry rice lager from faraway Japan.
The body is characterised by a light caramel note and a high proportion of rice, which also emphasises the hop aroma, while the hops for No. 15 also come from Japan - Sorachi Ace - and bring not only citrus but also herbal, spicy notes.
