Ninkasi Fabriques - Pale Ale

Ninkasi Pale Ale is an American pale ale-style beer and one of the brewery's long-running hits. Light and refreshing, with a reasonable bitterness, this delicate, amber-colored brew is topped with a thick, cream-colored head that releases notes of yeast, brown sugar, malt and fruit. On the tongue there are fine fruity malt notes with citrus fruits and spices as well as yeast and caramel, which initiate a light, crunchy and finely bitter finish.
