Beer description
Tequilabock, barrel-aged: Dark amber-colored, upright double buck, stored for 9 months in tequila and rum barrel. First appear aromas of ripe pears, hazelnuts and grapes. Sweetness of light caramel, vanilla and milk chocolate give the beer an incredible depth and complexity. The palate immediately shows mouth-filling, creamy, almost oily texture. A potpourri of ripe fruit appears: apricots, pears, almost jam-cooked yellow and orange fruits and light chocolate. This is followed by clear but harmoniously integrated oak wood barrels with a subtle hint of vanilla, backed by fine, long hop bitterness. The high-percentage storage is not concealed in the finish, in addition to raisins and Rumtopfnoten remains a long, vibrant on the palate finish.
