Full-bodied Imperial Stout full of rich chocolate, coffee, and dark fruit notes is placed into Pinot Noir Barrels for a full year while it matures. Pinot Noir barrels add a new layer of complexity to this delicious brew, bringing inviting fruit and floral notes with a pleasantly tart finish. Earthy aromas, and a pronounced grape character blended with oak, breaths life into this wonderful winter warmer. Flavours of molasses, cocoa and figs greet a long and flavourful finish.
