Nickel Brook Brewing - Raspberry Uber

Brewers decided to have some fun by aging this beer on loads of real Raspberries. The result? A light and colourful Sour Wheat Beer with a delicious fruity twist on a traditional Berliner style Weisse. Raspberry Uber is tart and refreshingly sour on the palate. It explodes with Raspberry flavour and aroma, and pours bright red with a thin pink head. This light-bodied ale has grainy wheat and earthy notes that lead to a refreshing crisp finish.
