Fermentation
Beer description
The result is our unique Spargelbock - a beer brewed with a significant proportion of Grand Vert - Leonding green asparagus which is then fermented using the champagne method. After a long maturing period in the cool cellar, each individual bottle is shaken by hand on vibrating tables from the sparkling wine production to remove a large part of the yeast from the bottle. Presented in a heavy champagne bottle with a pee cork and a clasp, you already have a valuable product in your hands. The special caramel malt dominates in terms of taste, which is accompanied by light bitter notes and aromas of fresh asparagus. Our bock beer is always enjoyed in a wine glass and chilled at around 10°C - an incomparable taste experience.
