Brewed in traditional Bavarian style, this unfiltered wheat beer carries distinctive overtones of banana and clove. Finely crafted with crystal clear water sourced from Table Mountain’s natural springs to deliver a smooth and refreshing beer.
Aroma:
Clove like, spicy notes from the yeast. Fruity flavour, typically banana, from the yeast.
Taste:
The same flavours as on the nose, with the fruitiness intensified. Bready wheat malt roundness on the body of the beer. Low bitterness and low hop aroma intentional and adds drinkability. Tart medium body finish adds to drinkability.
