Jaws Brewery - New_gose(1).gse

Gose brewed using sour mash. Lime and lemongrass leaves were added at the end of the kip. In terms of salt and sour balance, drinkability, dryness and carbonation we tried to get as close as possible to the authentic Goslar sample.
