Beer description
decided to do this one a little differently. The beer is clear and straw/golden colored. The aroma is a very pleasant floral with a wonderfully bready malt character and hints of French Oak. It’s smooth and hoppy in flavor, with a hint of oak on the finish.
Brewed with Eraclea Pilsner Malt from Weyerman and hopped substantially with Hallertau and Saphir Hops (100% German), this beer was then aged in used Chardonnay barrels for a short time and subsequently dry-hopped with a blend of Hallertau, Saphir and just a touch of high oil Cascade.
