Vintage 2018. Russian Imperial Stout aged 8 months in first use Sazerac Rye barrels. Doomsday Hound is a beast with a roasted coffee and cocoa character. Barrel aging adds depth with a warming rye spiciness and nuances of vanilla and coconut. This is the 4th release in our Cooper's Treasure Barrel Aged Series.
